On August 23, 2009, Bro. John Seay was voted in as the new pastor of Frederick Baptist Church. Pastor Seay received Jesus Christ as his Saviour when he was twelve years old while living in Wisconsin. As a 19 year old, he moved to his birth state, Kentucky, where he answered the call to preach in March, 1990. The following year in October of 1991, he married Alesha Adams of Bloomfield, KY, daughter of Evangelist Joe Adams. They have four children, Sarah, Cynthia, John Mark, and Karissa. In March of 2013 their oldest daughter, Sarah, was married to Danny Ortiz III. Pastor & Mrs. Seay have three grandchildren, Kristiana, Silas, and Ryan Ortiz. Pastor Seay has been in full time ministry for 29 years.
